Miss Carruth Graduated from UWF with a degree in Marine Biology. She
has worked for an aquaculture facility, the National Park Service, and as a
substitute teacher in Escambia. She currently volunteers for the National
Seashore during the summers, and sometimes teaches swing dance lessons. She
has five fish, a kitten named Miles, and many orchids.
Ms. Johnson graduated from Peru State College in Nebraska and has taught
for over 11 years including schools in Oklahoma, Iowa, and
Nebraska. She and her husband have two dogs and two sons! She loves going
to craft fairs, crosstitch, and collects pigs (not live ones, of course).
To improve as students in all areas through the use of science lessons, to
do our collective best, and to end the year with a greater knowledge,
appreciation, and awareness of the world around us than what we began with.
