CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE PLAN
We are delighted to have your child in
our class. We look forward to engaging them in exciting educational
activities. In order to provide our students with an excellent learning
environment, we have developed the following rules that will be in effect
throughout the year. With support of this plan, the children will conduct
themselves in a positive and rewarding manner which will optimize learning for
all.
RULES

2. Raise your hand to
speak.
3. Finish work on
time.
4. Work
quietly.
5. Stay in your seat.

2nd 0 on conduct sheet
3rd Time Out
4th Parent Contact
Severe Disruption- Referral to
Counselor/Admin.
Each week your child will be given a
Conduct Sheet. This sheet will be used for students to record points earned
for following class rules. Each day your child has the opportunity to earn 5
points for the following all the class rules.
At the end of the week students who
receive all their points for the week will get the chance to go to our
“Treasure Box”. Students who missed 1 or 2 points will receive a sticker. If a
student missed 2 or more points, they will not receive any treats for that
week.
On Friday, each student will take the
conduct sheet home for parents to sign and return the following Monday. Each
student will receive a new conduct sheet on Mondays.
