World History is a class that focuses on the legacy that we as humans have
created. Our story is one which began long ago. The goal of our time together
is to survey the history of the world from ancient times up to the present.
This class will also devote a great amount of time to the various cultures and
people that helped to create the world around us. The past of the world is
not always filled with glory. In fact, sorrow and hatred have plagued this
planet since the beginning of written history. Yet, by learning the mistakes
of the past we as a people can have a brighter future.
