Test Taking Tips
1) Get some rest. Remember to set the clocks forward this weekend.
2) Eat something in advance.
3) Arrive on time. Allow yourself plenty of time to get to school on the
test days.
4) Stay calm, focused, and faithfilled.
5) Don't waste your all your time one one item. It is OK to skip a question
and return to it later.
6) Read carefully and underline key words. Ask "What do I know?", "What am
I being asked to do?", "What steps do I use?".
7) Use the plug-in strategy when necessary to find the best answer.
8) Show all work and check calculations!!!!
9) Be sure to complete all parts to long and short responses.
10) Don't give up.
