I have been teaching for eleven years, eight of those here at Fruitville. I
taught kindergarten for several years then I took a leave of absence for
three years to stay home with my two young children. Austin will be 9 in
December and Caleb is 8 years old. Caleb is in second grade and Austin is in
fourth grade. My husband of 15 years is a youth pastor here in town.
This is my seventh year teaching third grade and I absolutely love it! The
students are at such a fun age and love to learn the curriculum especially
cursive handwriting and multiplication.
I believe all students can learn if given the right attitude and using hard
work. I believe in students being responsible, cooperative and respectful.
I also believe in having a little fun along the way!!! Working together
with parents, we can make a difference in each child's life!!
