Will I feel comfortable in the new school?

YES.  Teachers will do their best to make sure your needs are always met.

How about the language barriers?

The ESOL teacher will understand you no matter what language you speak.  
Also, chances are you will meet other international students who speak your 
language.  But best of all, you will be able to speak and understand English 
in no time at all!!

What will I do on the weekends?

The host family will plan activities during the weekend.  
Also, international students tend to get together for an afternoon at 
the mall, the movies, or visits to one another.

Can I bring my cell phone to school?

You can, but you can only use during break and lunch.  If you use your phone 
at any other time it will be taken away for the rest of the day at school.

Will I use my laptop in class?

You will use your laptop constantly, but only in English.  Please make sure 
your laptop uses English as the default language.  We will not accept 
laptops in a different language.  Chatting with your friends during class 
will cause you to lose the right to use your own computer.

Should I complete my wgcontemporary work online?

Yes!   Your online exercises are mandatory.  Either in class or at home, all 
exercises assigned by the teacher must be completed.  If you do not pass the 
quiz, you must repeat the online lesson until the quiz is passed.
