It is the vision and mission of Hialeah Elementary Fifth Grade Teachers to develop active and creative minds by stressing the total development of each child’s physical, moral intellectual, social, and emotional well-being. It is the mission of the fifth grade teachers to work as a team to analyze data and ultimately recognize each child as an individual, and advance the progress necessary for secondary school and beyond. As a team, best practices will be utilized to create a challenging learning environment with the purpose of encouraging high expectations for success through the development of appropriate instruction that allows for individual differences and learning styles.
