About Your Media Specialist

I graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree 
in Art Education.  I then taught art for 5 years at Highland Oaks . Later, I attended Nova 
Southeastern University and graduated with a Master's degree in Educational Media.  
In 2001, I was Rookie Teacher of the Year for Highland Oaks Middle School and was 
Teacher of the Year for Highland Oaks in 2006.  I have been working at Highland Oaks 
since 2001.
