SCIENCE REMINDER!!!
The Science package should be turned in on Thursday 10/29. The test
will be the week of November 2nd. All students should have these dates written
in their planners.
SOCIAL STUDIES REMINDER!!!!
3N will take their Chapter ONE Social Studies test on Monday, November 9th.
The homework package(on-going) is due on that date. PLEASE encourage your
student to study from the Social Studies book and the homework package.

NOW:
Please encourage your student to complete Social Studies assignments as
material is taught in class and reread at home. Each student should be
working in his/her Social Studies package. This package should be used to
study from before our chapter evaluation. The package is due on the date of
the evaluation.
Now:
The 3rd grade team is collecting OLD batteries for recycling. Please support
our effort, and send old batteries with your student. To date, the 3rd grade
team has collected over 200 baatteries!
On-going:
Our class will be writing homework assignments (from the classroom chart)
into individual planners. Long term assignments and/or special test dates
will be communicated on this page. Students are encouraged and empowered to
check the chart for daily assignments. Thank YOU for your support!

Each student in our class is invited to bring a NOSH on Fridays. Please send
enough for 16 students. Thank you!
Next:
We sent Mystery Reader information to all of our parents. We ask for
volunteer parents to read to our class on scheduled Fridays at
2 P.M.(approximately 20 minutes)
