A suffix is a word part that is added to the END of a word:

All sentences have to have a noun, and a verb in them. Example: We walk. She plays.
All sentences have asubject and a predicate.
The subject tells WHO or What the sentence is about.
The predicate tells the action of the who or what.
The tall, smelly, funny man slipped on the bannana.
