Budding Beethovens Grant Grants provide money for special projects.
The Community Foundation of Sarasota
County and The Education Foundation have
paid for many exciting activities
including studies about diversity.

Beethoven's ODE TO JOY theme

Collaborative Skill Building Students worked in pairs to
create their own versions of
Beethoven's music. We
videotaped the performances
of their personal creations. |

Volunteer Maurene Empie, a concert
pianist who lives in Venice,
helped Mrs. Johns teach the
students how to imagine,
perform, and write their
variations. She also
accompanied the advanced
recorder ensemble and the
chorus when they performed for
their parents and friends. |

experiences for our students, including The Education Foundation and the Community Foundation of Sarasota County. |

Leymis Bolanos Wilmott, co-founder and artistic director of Fuzion Dance Artists, is again collaborating with us to provide dance lessons for our students.
