Buddy Reading Station
At this station, students buddy
read the leveled science books
that go along with our Science
series. This is one way that I
incorporate science into my
reading block.
I CAN...
* sit eye-to-eye, knee-to-knee
* decide who will read first,
second, and third
* read a book from the buddy
reading basket
* read a book to my buddy and
listen to my buddy read
* help my buddy read unknown
words
* write things I learned from
the book (facts) on a sticky note
and attach it to the buddy
