• Self-Referral – Student's sign up in the main office by completing a counseling form located on the office counter.
• Parent/Guardian Request – Parents/guardians can complete a counseling form in the office or can email me to request guidance services.
• Teacher Referral/Request – A teacher may refer/request guidance services for children.  
• Administrator Referral/Request – The principal and/or assistant principal may refer/request guidance services for children.  
  

Group School Guidance Counseling Services: 

• Groups are formed if there are enough students (generally four to six) interested in a particular topic.
• Sessions run for 30 minutes once a week for three to five weeks.

Please Note: I am unable to provide long-term counseling services and I do not testify in court order custody matters.
