Is this course required for graduation?

Yes. You are required to pass four years of English in order to 
successfully 
graduate high school.

No. Homework or class work is NOT accepted late unless you have 
an excused pass.

Does tardiness affect my overall grade in this class?

Yes. I deduct 5 percentage points at the end of each 9-week 
period for more than 3 unexcused tardies.

Can I receive make-up work if I am absent from school?

Only excused absences will grant you your make-up work. Unexcused 
absences = no work!

Are you available after school for extra help with assignments?

Yes. I am available only by appointments.

Yes. Extra credit is given in this class, but only as a group. 
THERE IS NO INDIVIDUAL EXTRA CREDIT!

Yes. Students will get to use the computers, but only for class 
assignments.
