The Thespian Festival, refered to as Thespians, is a Drama competition
where Palmetto Middle students compete against other middle schools across
Miami-Dade County's school district and across the state. They perform in
front of a panel of judges in Performance or Technical categories. Follow this

All Drama 2 students are required to audition for the Florida Junior Thespian
Festival to be selected as a member of Palmetto's Thespian Troupe #88203.
Also, Thespians sponsors "Student Workshops" where students learn many
facets of Theatre Arts.

* District 4 Jr. Thespian Festival - November 5, 2011 at Braddock H.S.
* State Jr. Thespian Festival at Melbourne H.S., Melbourne FL - February 11, 2012
