What happens when I get 10 toe tokens?

Once a student receives 10 toe tokens in that grade level, he/she will
receive a prize. For example a new student to Pinewood begins with 0 tokens.
When the student gets to 10 a prize is awarded. If the student makes it to
20 another prize is given and so on. However, let's say a second grader is
beginning the school year with 12 tokens. When the student reaches 22 (the
original 12 plus the 10 earned in second, the student will get a prize and
again at 32 etc.

How can I help my child understand correct fitness walking technique?

I am looking for 4 traits when a student is walking. 1)Correct posture. The
student is not hunched or bent over. 2) Arms are pumping (swinging)at a
ninety degree angle. 3) Feet meet the ground heel/toe. 4) No running or
jogging of any distance.
