Fitness Tips

ALWAYS WARM UP BEFORE YOU DO ANY INTENSE EXERCISE.  DON'T STRETCH A COLD 
MUSCLE. YOU COULD STRAIN, PULL OR TEAR THE MUSCLE.  STRETCH AFTER 
EXERCISING.  fITNESS WALK OR DO THE ACTIVITY AT A LOWER INTENSITY.
