I know...memorizing math facts can be painful. I had the hardest time learning my
multiplication and division facts! Below you will find some ideas for review that might be
helpful to you. Please remember that when reviewing flashcards, it is best to review the facts
your child has mastered and then mix it a view that they are struggling to learn. Once
those "difficult" facts are mastered you may then add more facts to review. Always remember, it
is very frustrating to practice and have the majority of facts be "difficult".
- Roll dice and add the numbers
- Roll and find the double, then double plus one
- Use the website on the "Links"
- Add the numbers in license plates
- Add using a deck of cards
- Purchase a program for your computer
- Purchase a game to review facts
- Play a board game as a family, how many do you need to roll to..
what do you not want to roll...
- Use flashcards and try to beat the clock, or beat a parent...
