Dear St. Thomas Aquinas Parents,
Over the past four weeks our wonderful school has collected pledges for our annual school walk-a-
thon. All pledges will contribute toward supplementing our school¡¦s educational technology.
As of today we have raised a total of $4, 027. Our annual school walk-a-thon will be held
tomorrow morning, Tuesday, May 13, 2008.
As noted in the initial walk-a-thon informational flyer, all students that wish to participate
must contribute at least $25. The list of participating students is on the back of this sheet.
All participating students will have a terrific time walking, singing to music provided by
Z88.3, and enjoying frozen treats. All participating students may dress down in walk-a-thon
appropriate dress code attire. If your child is not listed on the reverse side of this sheet
and he or she would like to participate, please send in a minimum of $25 (larger donations would
be greatly appreciated) by tomorrow morning.
Anyone that wishes to volunteer during the walk-a-thon must contact me via email. Please note
that all volunteers must have cleared background checks through the diocese.
I would like to thank the Taylor, Dwyer, Chanin, and Ozment Families for donating the prizes. I
would also like to thank the Byerly, Anzueto, Fox, Gearity, and Ieracitano families for
providing water and treats for the walk-a-thon. Thank you for all that you do to make STA a
wonderful place to learn, work and play!!!
