Welcome to First Grade. You are now officially a part of the Zenon's Zebra family !
THANK YOU to all who came to Meet & Greet. Your friendliness and warmth was appreciated.
This year will be filled with many opportunities for your child to grow socially as well as
academically. We will explore a variety of themes such as friendship, life cycles, and holidays around
the world. In addition, we will be studying authors like Muarice Sendak and Jan Brett. As you can
imagine the transition from kindergarten to first grade is a BIG one. Therefore, please be patient with
your child as she or he adjusts to the workload of first grade. I look forward to having a WONDERFUL
year and to discovering your child's strengths & talents.
