Home Learning is assigned to improve academic skills and teach children
about responsibility. Parents if your child forgets to complete their home
learning, please speak to them and encourage them to be responsible. PLEASE
do not make up excuses for them! You're only helping your child develop a
bad habit. Your child will think it's okay not to do their home learning,
because you'll be there to write a letter and excuse them for not being
responsible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Conferences will be held during school hours only. Once a conference is
requested, I will send home a notice with the days and times I'm available.
Please select a date and return as soon as posssible. Please give me a 24
hour notice. Therefore, if I send home the notice on Monday and it's
returned the next day - the conference will take place either on Thursday or
Friday (Note: No conferences will be held on Wednesday's). The conferences
will be held during my planning time for 15 to 30 mins. Parents can also
request a phone conference.
