Behavior Management Plan

Rules for Student Conduct

Students in class will play an active role in establishing rules and 
guidelines for work and behavior.  Teacher and students will discuss 
examples of positive behavior and work habits in the classroom, and in 
various school settings.  Students and teacher will discuss why rules are 
necessary.

Rules 
1. Use good manners. 
2. Raise your hand to speak 
3. Finish work on time. 
4. Work quietly 
5. Stay in your seat 
6. Follow Directions 

Consequences 
1st time:  Verbal Warning 



Severe Disruption – Administrative involvement & Student Case Management 
                    Form referral)


It’s in your child’s best interest that we work together with regard to 
his/her behavior.  We will try our best to keep parents of their child’s 
progress in our classroom.  It’s imperative that there be some rewards and 
consequences at home as well.  Hopefully, together we can correct any 
inappropriate behaviors at home and at school.
