Dear 1st Grade Parent,
Hello! My name is Ms. Edenis (eh-deh-niece). Welcome to first grade!! I am
very excited to be teaching your child. Teaching children and witnessing their
revelations has been my passion since 1998. I hold three professional
licenses: Elementary Education, Prekindergarten/Primary Education and Reading.
Originally, I am from New York, and have been here in Florida for 5 years. I
am looking forward to working with your child and helping him/her to achieve
his/her fullest potential.
I have a firm yet nurturing disposition. I hold high expectations of my
students, both academically and their behavior. I am a firm believer that
learning is a function of effort and willingness. Students are held
accountable for their learning and actions.
I would just like to say that I am looking forward to a great year
