This week we will work on a project about The Great Depression. Students
will watch a video about a girl growing up during The Great Depression. For
homework, they will write a newpaper article from the little girl's point of
view about growing up during this time in American History. In class,
students will work in pairs to research the 5 causes of The Great Depression,
unemployment, and The New Deal created by President Roosevelt. From their
research, they will create a PowerPoint presentation.
