Dear Parents/Guardians/Students;
UNVERSAL GRADVENTURE
I would like to remind you of some important details regarding our Gradventure Field Trip. Please review and adhere to the following details to make this trip a success!
Students attending this trip must be in front of the school building Friday, May 18, 2012 at 5:30 a.m. sharp. Please keep in mind that we have a very strict timeline.
ALL parents/guardians must be at school to pick up their child at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2012 (you child will call you when we are 10 minutes from school).
STUDENTS will only be released to an adult.
STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE OR WALK HOME ALONE!
Please do not park in front of the school as that is where the bus will load/unload the students.
Students are advised to wear sunscreen comfortable clothes, and shoes. Students must wear their 8th grade T-Shirt (can be purchased for $20.00). No uniform bottom required, however, students must be appropriately dressed.
Students will be provided with a luncheon at Medieval Times, and a meal voucher at Universal Studios.
Students can bring additional money for snacks and souvenirs.
Students will be responsible to keep up with their personal items.
