                              8th Grade Gradventure Universal Field Trip

                                                Payment Schedule:
Non-Refundable Deposit:     $75.00 on Wednesday, February 1, 2012
First Paymet:                           $65.00 on Wednesday, February 15, 2012
Final Payment                         $65.00 on Wednesday, March 7, 2012.  

Total price per person (Student and Chaperone) $205.00
Please make all necessary arrangements for this trip before sending in the first payment.  All payments must be turned in on time.    All funds will be paid in full to the tour company by March 21, 2012.  Checks or money order should be made payable to N.S.E. Sunny Isles Beach K-8.  Be advised that you will be charged a service fee for any returned check.  No refunds will be made after Friday, February 16, 2012.
