1ST NINE WEEKS REPORT CARDS
On Monday, November 16th, the first
marking period report cards and student portfolios will be going home. Please
review your child's grades and sign the report card envelope. You only have to
return the envelope, you keep the report card for your records. Don't forget
to browse the contents of your child's portfolio and sign where indicated.
FOOD DRIVE
The SIBCS student government will be
collecting can goods and other non-perishable food items, such as cereal,
powdered milk, pasta or any food items that do not require refrigeration. We
are donating the food to STOP HUNGER Inc, for their Thanksgiving baskets. We
will collect these food items this weeks until Friday 11/20. Your support will
be greatly appreciated!!!
BOOK DRIVE
We will be having the 2nd annual Seahawk
Book Drive beginning on Monday 11/23- 12/16! The school will be collecting
old, but still readable books that you may have in your home. These books will
be donated to our SIB classess that are in need of classroom libraries.

tested on the Florida Comprehensive Achievement Test (FCAT). The program
includes various vocabulary building activities and games, passage-based
incorrect feedback, and animated pleasure readings. Encourage your child to
log into this website on a regular basis!!
BOX TOPS
Our class is collecting "box tops" for the
school. "Box Tops for Education" is a small coupon on most of your favorite
grocery store brands such as: Betty Crocker, General Mills, Pillsbury, Ziploc,
Hefty and many more! Each box top is worth 10 cents to our school. Help your
child go on a "box top" hunt !
