Yearbook	Science Lab	After School Sports Assistant

SOME SPECIFIC EXAMPLES OF PARTICIPATION HOURS:

Lunch Parent	1 Hour per Lunch
Attendance at Home & School Meetings	2 Hours
Home and School Association Officer or Committee Chair	Association Officer / 10 Hours plus Hours Worked Committee Chair/10 Hours plus Hours Worked
Scout Troop Meetings/Troop Leaders and Assistant Leaders Only	Hours Worked
Donation to Classroom Parties/Field Trips as Requested by the Teacher and/or Room Mother (food, party favors, etc.)	1 Hour per $12 Spent  (Receipt must be submitted)

A LIST OF NON-APPROVED HOURS:

Attending Orientation and Open House

Attending School Mass

Garage Sale Donations/donations toward Teacher Appreciation Week

Silent/Live Auction Donations (cash, merchandise, basket contributions, etc.)

Purchases of Wrapping Paper, Pies, Raffle Tickets etc. from Home and School Fund Raisers

Boy/Girl Scout Camping Trips

Paid Services (Services rendered for which you received payment)

Purchase of Yearbook Advertisements
