Spelling words
Mon.- gnat, knew sign, knob
Tues.- gnaw, write, knees, wrinkle
Wed.- kneel, wrist, cough, known
Thur.- rough, wrench, knight
Fri- Spelling Test
Math homework most nights-See planner and take home folder . Be sure and
check over the math homework and sign it each day. Please have your
child practice with flashcards or on computer math websites daily so
they know the facts instantly. They should know their
addition facts to 9+9=18 and subtraction facts up through 18-9=9. Study 10s and 7s mult. facts.
Reading worksheet - Mon. homework. Read parent letter on the back and
do together.
Please monitor their library book A.R.reading and READ and discuss
WITH them daily. Read a minimum of 10-15 pages daily.They should take
an A.R. test on one book each week.
Look for the reading test, spelling test, math test,and math facts
test on Tuesdays, also other graded papers. Check
the keep at home pocket in the Take Home folder and empty it daily.. It has
work that we have checked or done together in class.
