I was born and raised in the Chicago area and received a Bachelor's degree
in Mathematics from Rosary College (now known as Dominican University). I
earned a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from
National-Louis University and eight years ago received National Board
Certification in Early Adolescent Math. I have been teaching math at Venice
High School since 1995, serve as the director of the 9th grade
Transition program and sponsor Student Government, Mu Alpha Theta, student
parking and prom.
To provide my students with the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills
in order to achieve success in college-prep mathematics classes at Venice
High School.
