Double Grade Test on review study notes called FCAT - SCIENCE STUDY GUIDE. 
This test is multiple choice and fill in the blanks from words located in a 
large word bank. Not all the words are used and some words are used more then 
once. You must do 1 extra credit.
Extra credit will be given for drawing a food web (6 organisms needed), food 
chain (3 animals needed) plus decomposers and matter/energy, water cycle, and 
3 forms of weathering with 3 forms of erosion. 
No partial credit will be given as you must answer the question completely 
correct to get credit.
Mrs Herman's and Mrs Nemeth's class each correct extra credit answer will 
be worth 8 points for a possible total of 24 points. 
Mrs Weingard's and Mrs Marshall's class each correct answer will be worth 5 
points for a possible total of 15 points. 
Important - The notes on the 5 types of vertebrate animals will also be 
included on the above test. You must know the key organs and jobs for the 6 
orgqan systems.

No written home learning. Study the notes for the double grade FCAT review 
test. Some students will need to take home the "FCAT Science Dailies 2003" 
question sheet to finish the double grade class assignment.

A. Draw the water cycle. Do not forget to use arrows to show direction of the

B. Draw a food web. Use at least 6 organisms in the food web. Also make sure 
the arrows are it the direction in which the energy moves.

Extended response question: List 3 examples of weathering and 3 examples of 
erosion. STUDENTS MUST WRITE THEIR ANSWER IN COMPLETE SENTENCES.A possible 
answer is: Three examples of weathering are plant roots breaking up rock, 
chemicals like acids eating away or dissolving rock, and water freezing into 
ice and expanding breaking up rock (ice-wedging). Three forms of erosion are 
running water, wind, and glaciers.
