I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in physical education in 1993 and with
a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 1998.
I have been with the Miami-Dade School System for 13 years; 8 have been here
at Highland Oaks Elementary. I am also the speech pathologist at Dr.
Michael Krop Sr. High School. I have three daughters: Hanna 7, Maya 6, and
Adella 3. I am very fortunate to bring my two older daughters with me to
work.
I feel good speech and language skills are critical in every child since it
is something we use everyday in our lives.
To have my students express themselves clearly and understandably. I want
my students to be able to articulate their thoughts without hesitation.
