1. Students are graded on outstanding effort only and not on artistic ability.

2. Students' excellent conduct plays a major role in following classroom rules, directions, and completing art activities in class.

3. Poor effort and/or incomplete work due to disruptive behavior in class will result in a poor grade in art.

All art lessons taught here at VABHOE are designed and implemented according to the Florida Sunshine State Standards and the Miami-Dade County Competency Based Curriculum.
