Why is there homework everyday?

We learn something new everyday! As in sports and other
activities, skills
are improved through regular practice. At school, practice is
called
HOMEWORK!

How do I get full credit for a homework re-do?

To receive full credit for a homework re-do you need to:
- copy and re-do each problem you got wrong on a clean sheet of
paper
- put your name, period and assignment on this new piece of
paper and staple it on top of your original assignment
- write Re-do across the top of the page
- place it in the Re-do box the next class day
* If you only have 1 or 2 mistakes, you may correct them on the
original
paper. Please use a different colored pen (blue, purple, green)
so I can
clearly identify what you have done.

What if I didn't do the homework?

I strongly encourage you to complete ALL homework assignments.
Late work is
accepted for reduced credit. A day or two late results in a
score reduction
of 10 points. The later an assignment is, the less credit that
is earned. NO late work is accepted after the material has been
tested.

Homework is posted on the back assignment board in my classroom
and on the
team website. For extended absences - see me.
