Besides a positive attitude and a desire to learn, students will need 
the following supplies for math class:
     -  a plentiful supply of notebook paper
     -  a blue binder with dividers
     -  two sharpened pencils and an eraser
     -  a hand held pencil sharpener
     -  a red pen
     -  a four function calculator
Students may keep their rulers and protractors at home.  
I will be limiting the use of calculators in class in order to build 
number sense skills.  Students are free to use their calculators for 
homework (unless parents wish to limit their use).
