Ms.Schear grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. I graduated from Walnut Hills High
School. I then went to The Ohio State University and earned my Bachelor's
Degree in Elementary Education K-8. I stayed in Columbus, Ohio and taught in
Dublin, Ohio for eight years at Wyandot Elementary. My family convinced me
to move to Atlanta, Georgia. I taught for four years at Taylor Elementary in
Gwinnett County. I took a year off to begin to raise my adorable 4
year old daughter, Jessica. I went back into teaching at Davis
Academy. I decided I wanted to teach at my neighborhood school. This will be
my fourth year at Ashford Park School in Dekalb County.
I love teaching! I look forward to teaching everyday. I truly believe
once a student of Ms. Schear/Sobel always a student of Ms. Schear. I enjoy
hearing from my old students. I have kept in contact with many and hope many
more.
