My Beliefs:
*Education should provide ample opportunity for all students, as learners, to gain knowledge to the best of their ability, effort, and interest regardless of race ethnicity, culture gender or social Economic Status.
* I feel that a large part of learning in children stems from their interest in a subject or an idea. As a teacher I will allow my students to be able to explore ideas and information that is meaningful to them so that they can have a higher level of interest in their own learning.
* An important skill often times that is overlooked in schools today is the importance of service to the community and the world around each of us. I will allow my students an opportunity to understand the importance of helping others and making a difference in the world around them.
