We expect all children to participate in all activities. We grade based on 
children giving 100%, not on skill level.  In order for a child to recieve an 
outstanding in P.E. they need to perform at a level higher than our standard 
expectations.  Students can however recieve needs improvement for not 
participating and for wearing the wrong shoes.
