Teamwork Crayons!!

Woo Hoo! We are on a roll. We had set a goal of 200 before Friday. We were so excited to meert our goal. Mrs. Riccard and Ms. Spinks let us watch the movie, Spirit, to celebrate our teamwork accomplishment. When we return on Tuesday, we get to make a new goal for our class.

We read The Crayon Box That Talked by Shane DeRolf.

The story taught us that "we are [like] a box of crayons each one of us unique. But when we get together, the picture is complete."

We are learning that our team (class) is a winner when we work together. We are learning many different ways to work together.   Some examples include, everyone's monster behavior card stays on "green," everyone remembers morning or afternoon procedures, or working together to get a teacher compliment when we walk down the hall. Everytime we work together as a team, we earn a "Teamwork Crayon."
