Homework

As a rule, we do not have homework in kindergarten. Occassionally, the
students may need some extra practice at home on things being covered in
class. Those will be posted when necessary.

One way to help your child develop good reading habits is to read aloud to
them. Reading aloud with your child is always beneficial. It allows you
some quality time with your child and shows them that reading is fun. Also,
as your child brings home a reader have him/her read it to at least two
people or to you twice. If your child is struggling with reading then make
some letter flash cards to practice. This will help them grow more
confident in letter sound identification, thus increasing speed and fluency.
