Dear Parents,
If you received an email with regards to this page then your son/daughter has not handed in a book report for the month of August. Ms. Bobbie has been asking (hounding) your child for the report and at this time we have not received one.
Students will now receive a grade of zero for the August report in order to drive home the importance of getting them done well and on time.
These book reports are an important tool for the comprehension and writing development of our students. There is a book report due the last Friday of each month (civies day). October's is due on Friday, October 30th by the end of the day.
The book report template and rubric can be found on the website at 'Ms. Bobbies Libraries'. Students are aware that Ms. Bobbie is available anytime during the day for help, questions or direction; they just need to ask.
We will continue to remind the students of the book reports and ask that you also ask about them at home too.
