100th Day

100th Day Homework for January 23

100th Day Vests!

Wednesday, January 23 will be our 100th day of school! In order to highlight the fact that we have been working hard at school for exactly 100 days, we will have a celebration on Wednesday, January 23.

This note will be sent home with a paper bag vest for your child. We hope you will be able to help him/her choose and gather 100 items (they can all be the same or different) to glue on to the vest to decorate for the 100th Day. These items should be inexpensive and light weight. Some examples might be macaroni, toothpicks, beans, beads, cereal, straws, feathers, stickers, etc. Feel free to be creative! White glue, craft glue, or a glue gun would probably be best for attaching the items.

Please group items in sets of ten to make it easier for us to count. Please have your child’s name and words 100th Day somewhere on the vest on Wednesday, January 23.

Remember to have fun and be creative!

Educationally yours,

Mrs. Fortune
