This is my 9th year at Evans Middle School and my 17th year teaching. I
taught high school math for 8 years prior to coming to Evans. In 2005 I
received my gifted certification and am currently working on my doctorate at
Georgia Southern University.
My goal will for all 8th graders will be to prepare them for high school,
not only in the curriculum, but also by encouraging organization and
responsibility. By utilizing problem-solving in the classroom, I hope to
help students strengthen their critical thinking skills and develop into
life long learners.
