What can I do as a parent to help my child be successful at school?

It is very helpful to make sure your child is organized and able
to complete school assignments. Make sure your child is reading or completing homework in the evenings. Check over the
homework for understanding, if possible. Keep the lines of communication open.

My child is falling behind. How can I help?

Implement a behavior or work-completion chart. The child will be
monitored at school & you can check progress nightly.
Also, reward your child once he or she begins to improve.
They need to buy into the behavior plan in order for it to work.
