I am Brandye Keasler.I am starting my ninth year as an elementary
school teacher. I am a native of Smyrna, GA and moved to Paulding County
when I married my husband, Shane in July 2001. That same year I began a
career with the Paulding County School System teaching EIP then 2nd grade.
In October 2002 my first son, Joshua was born. He is a free spirited 6
1/2 year old. We moved to Woodstock, GA in 2003 and I accepted a 3rd grade
teaching position with Kennesaw Charter School. I looped with my 3rd grade
class and spent two years as the 4th grade lead teacher at KCS. In March of
2006, I gave birth to my second son, Jacob. Desiring to return to a County
School System, I was thrilled to accept a teaching position with Cobb
County,two years ago, as a 3rd grade teacher at Ford Elementary.
My undergraduate studies were at Reinhardt College in Waleska, GA and
completed at Kennesaw State University. I completed my gifted endorsement
class and now I have received my gifted certification. At this time, I am
returning to Kennesaw State University to receive my Masters in Early
Childhood Edcation
