I love teaching third grade! The 2011-2012 school year will be my 19th year
of teaching third grade and my 16th year of teaching at Greenbrier. I have
found this grade to be full of learning experiences! It's the year to learn
multiplication to writing in cursive. Reading is a high priority in third
grade. Students are encouraged to read through the Accelerated Reader
program. Please encourage your child to read every night at home. It is so
important that your child makes reading an important part of his/her nightly
schedule. Staying involved in your child's education is the key to a
