What do I do if my child's transportation is different for a day?

Do I need to send in a note for every absence and early release?
YES!!!!! I am required to keep documentation of absences and the reason. Please send me doctor's and dentist's notes documenting your child's appointment. If your child is simply not feeling well enough to come to school you need to write me a note to that effect for my records. After the 3rd consecutive day of an illness I am required to have a doctor's note.Back to Top

How will I know when my child is having a test?
Test dates will be posted on my homework board at least 2 days prior to them being given. Please check your child's planner daily so you will know. Back to Top

When will I be informed of my child's current grades, conduct and homework completion?
A signed paper folder will be sent home every Thursday with papers and assignments from the previous week. Please review these papers and replace them in the folder and sign the cover sheet. I will send all of the papers for the entire 9-week grading period back to you to keep after report cards have gone home. The cover sheet will also have the number of sign-ins for behavior and missed homework assignments listed on it. Back to Top
