4th grade policy on red choices

Not meeting expectations Resulting Consequences
1st offenseThe teacher notes the red choice on the clipboard. The student loses 5 minutes of recess.
2nd offenseThe teacher notes the red choice on the clipboard. The student loses 10 minutes of recess.
3rd offenseThe teacher notes the red choice on the clipboard. The student loses the entire recess and some form of parent contact is made.
  
*Severe disruptions will be referred to the office immediately.
