Can I eat lunch with my child?

Yes, you may eat with your child any day of the week. Just meet 
your son or daughter in the
lunchroom at 12:18. If you plan on eating a school lunch, please
let me know so that I can include
you in the lunch count. You must pay cash at the register.

If I send in birthday invitations, can you place them in the children's folders?

I can only send the invitations home if you have included an 
invitation for every child in the class or
for every male or female if you are just inviting one gender.

Can I bring in a birthday treat for the class?

Yes, if you would like to celebrate your child's birthday with 
the class you may send/bring in items
at our lunch time.

How can I check my child's sight word progress?

Every Friday your child will be quizzed on their sight words. 
Their progress will be indicated on the
sheet in their folder. After reviewing their progress, please
initial on the line labeled P.I. (Parent
Initial). If you would like any suggestions on how to work with
your child at home, please let me
