This is my 24th year at Johnson Elementary! Prior to teaching at Johnson, I
taught at two private schools for a total of 9 years. I have taught second
grade, third grade, sixth grade, and remedial math and reading.
I graduated from Columbus College (now Columbus State University) with a
B.S. degree in Elementary Education. I have a Masters Degree in Reading also
from Columbus College.
I have been married to Dale Richards for 36 years. We have one son named
Brad who lives in Ft. Pierce, Florida. We also have a black and white shih
tzu named Bailey. In my spare time I like to read, scrapbook, and travel.
My mission for our class is that we all learn, make friends, and become more
responsible and organized through our work in the classroom this year.
